Located in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, Cherokee continues to be one of the most popular destinations for mission teams. Mission Serve partners with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians to work on homes on the reservation. Groups stay at the Old Cherokee High school which is being used a volunteer center. The work here includes mostly roofing and painting. This is a great location for groups looking to work on a reservation but to also enjoy the mountains.
