
Andy Morris
Executive Director
Andy Morris is the Director of Mission Serve. He is a graduate of the University of North Alabama and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Andy has served in several churches in student and recreational ministry for the past 30 years. He served as the first National World Changers Director for seven years in Memphis, TN. He moved to the North American Mission Board in Alpharetta, GA in 1997 as Manager of Student Volunteer Mobilization. Andy is credited with expanding the World Changers model to include International, Singles, Collegiate, Senior Adults, and Community projects. Under Andy's leadership World Changers saw its 100,000th participant in 2001. World Changers grew from a pilot project of 137 participants to over 25,000 participants nationwide during his tenure.
As Founder and Executive Director of Mission Serve, Andy hopes to take the volunteer experience into new realms. His vision is to mobilize volunteers all year long and for cities to use volunteer labor as leverage for more low income families to be helped. He firmly believes the volunteer experience is a life-changing event for both the recipient and the participant.
Chuck Morris
Associate Director/ Chief Financial Officer
Chuck Morris has served as Associate Director of Mission Serve since 2003. Before coming to Mssion Serve, he worked for HouseCalls International in the area of promotion and programs. Chuck has also previously served as youth minister at churches in Tennessee and Georgia. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Chuck graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in History and Psychology. Chuck has served in many capacities for Mission Serve and other mission programs as a project coordinator, speaker, as well as on summer staff. He is married to his wonderfull wife, Amy and they have one son, Drew. They live in Cumming, GA.
Justin Johnson
Diirector of Production and Promotion
Justin Johnson in responsible for graphic design, video, and website maintenance for Mission Serve. He is from Knoxville, Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Electronic Media and Business Administration. Justin also works for the University of Tennessee in the area of web-casting.
